Damron Law is a dynamic and trusted Kentucky law firm dedicated to serving individuals and families across the Commonwealth. Our practice focuses on personal injury, auto and truck accidents, workers’ compensation, and disability law. We are committed to delivering strong advocacy, clear communication, and compassionate guidance to every client we serve.
When you hire Damron Law, you gain the strength of two coordinated law offices working together to protect your rights. Attorney Haley Damron-Faulkner—who practices independently and owns Gilbert Law Group, PLLC in Lexington—partners closely with our firm on workers’ compensation, disability, and injury matters throughout Kentucky. This collaboration ensures that every client benefits from our combined experience, shared insight, and unified commitment to achieving the best possible outcome.
Depending on the needs of your case, you may be represented by either Attorney Steve Damron or Attorney Haley Damron-Faulkner. Your assigned attorney will always be clearly identified at the beginning of representation, and you will always receive the same level of dedication, professionalism, and care from our team.
As attorneys serving Louisville, Lexington, and communities statewide, we approach every case with patience, consistency, and professionalism. We believe in giving every client the attention they deserve and making sure they understand each step of the process so they can make informed decisions about their case.
“We are family — and we fight for Kentucky families.”
I am Steve Damron and I bring more than 30 years of negotiation, leadership, and advocacy experience to the clients I serve. After earning both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Morehead State University, I completed my Juris Doctor at the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, where I was honored with the Professional Responsibility Top Grade Award and academic scholarship recognition.
My passion for the law is deeply personal. I believe every client deserves to be heard, protected, and treated with dignity—especially during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. For me, one of the most rewarding moments in this profession is when a case resolves and a client hugs me in gratitude. Seeing their happiness makes every long day worth it.
Before founding Damron Law, I spent nearly 27 years in leadership roles within the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, where I oversaw:
I led teams of more than 120 professionals, modernized statewide operational processes, and earned national recognition for leadership excellence.
My professional journey also includes
giving back as a central part of my life. My community service includes:
These experiences shaped my belief that every family matters — and every client deserves an advocate who will stand by them.
Biography
My favorite thing about being an attorney is meeting new people and forming connections with clients. I enjoy the work that I do and getting to see the change it can make in someone’s life.
When I am not at work, I am either spending time with my puppy Boston, going to the gym, cycling, or spending time with my family and friends.
Jeffrey joined Damron Law in 2021. Prior to working at Damron Law, Jeffery provided legal services for a variety of other attorneys.
